I think it was a freak of nature to be honest, I doubt very much that I will have lost anywhere near that much come the next weigh in. But, I did it by not eating my full allowance of points, so I get 21 points and I've only been eating 16ish a day. Also I've started eating salad for lunch which you can eat as much as you want of because it's no points.
